The development program of STP Puspiptek is realized by opening new zone in Puspiptek area, namely “Technology Business Zone”. At the early stage (2014-2016) two facilities in this zone have been built, i.e.,: (1) Technology Business Incubation Center (TBIC) consisting of office building and tenant, and a workshop building; (2) Facility of Indonesia Life Sciences Center (ILSC), which is a joint laboratory research and product development of Life Sciences (Vaccine and biosimilar), with facility that has met the qualification of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
The facility of office building and tenant in TBIC has been used since early 2016, and today 20 tenants have occupied the building (candidates of new entrepreneur / start up). Facilities in GLP and GMP in ILSC have been built and still in the process of procuring the main equipment.
Supporting facilities of Technology Business zone in Puspiptek, i.e., roads, parking lot, etc. are allocated in 2016 dan 2017.
