Description of Project

This project is part of Trans Sumatera Toll Road (JTTS) which is planned to span from north to south Sumatera Island connecting Nangroe Aceh Darussalam province and Lampung province. This project is one of the sections located in Riau Province and will connect Pekanbaru, Kandis and Dumai. This section is divided into 6 sections, namely: (1) Section I: Pekanbaru – IC Minas; (2) Section II: IC Minas- IC Kandis; (3) Section III: IC South Kandis– IC North Kandis; (4) Section IV: IC North Kandis– IC South Duri; (5) Section V: IC South Duri– IC North Duri; (6) Section VI: IC Dumai – Junction Duri. This section will connect Pekanbaru City (the Capital of Riau Province) and Dumai City. With the agribusiness development and the status of Dumai as a city that has advanced oil industry, this section is expected to encourage the industry development in the sector.
