  1. Draft of Joint Agreement (KSB) & Cooperation Agreement (PKS) have been signed by Regent/Mayor/Governor. However, the names signing those drafts are officials whose term of office has expired.
  2. In relation to raw water tariff, discussion at provincial level and special agreement between government at provincial level and government at district/city level are needed.
  3. Government of South Sulawesi Province must immediately establish Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of SPAM at provincial level.
  4. Land permit proposal for raw water transmition network must immediately be submitted by South Sulawesi Province

SPAM Regional Lampung is a project of water supply which is planned by PDAM of Bandar Lampung City with the output of 500 Liter/Second.
