In this effort, the Government through the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs initiates mechanism to accelerate infrastructure delivery and issuance of relevant regulation as its regulatory law.<\/p>\n<p>By adopting the mechanism, Committee for Acceleration of Priority Infrastructure Delivery (KPPIP) selects list of projects considered to be strategic and have great urgency, and provide facilities for the convenience of the project development. The evaluation and selection results are set out in Presidential Regulation no. 58 of 2017 on amendment to Presidential Regulation no. 3 of 2016 on Acceleration of National Strategic Projects Implementation.<\/p>\n<p>The evaluation and selection process of National Strategic Projects by KPPIP was started in August 2016 and completed at the KPPIP Ministerial Meeting on February 10, 2017.
